Phyllis Wittsell is from the Village of Sipaulovi and is of the Sunforehead clan.
She has two sons, Kevin Poleyumptewa and Eric Wittsell who both reside in Phoenix, AZ with their families.
Currently, Ms. Wittsell is the Community Services Administrator for the Village of Sipaulovi and has been in that capacity for a over a year.
Her responsibilities include, daily operations, supervision of the Administration staff, preparing of budget(s), draw downs, modifications, etc. and monitoring expenditures, providing assistance to and working with the Sipaulovi Water Association, serving as primary liaison for Sipaulovi Village, overseeing the youth/elderly program, etc.
Ms. Wittsell is a volunteer group fitness instructor and has been for over 15 years.
