On September 21, 2006 Rick Yee, Vice President Community Development / Finance Director from the Bank of the West presented Hopi Credit Association President, Lisa Lomavaya with a $750,000.00 check for Community Development.

Hopi Credit Association is the major source of personal and business funding on the Hopi Indian reservation. This low interest, ten year loan will enable Hopi Credit to expand its home ownership programs on the reservation.
